A Message Regarding COVID-19 Coronavirus

We know there are questions and concerns regarding our operation during this unprecedented time. Our commitment to providing a safe and healthy experience to our valued guests and employees remains unchanged.

In addition, we are continuously monitoring and implementing the latest recommendations and updates on COVID-19 from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and federal and state government agencies. Rest assured all recommendations are in place to keep our facilities, aircraft and ground vehicles clean, sanitized and as safe as possible.

  • Vehicle Sanitation Procedure: Diligently disinfect all ground vehicles after each pickup.
  • Aircraft Sanitation Procedure: Aircraft surfaces and headphones are thoroughly sanitized after each flight.
  • Common Use Area Health Standards: Lobbies and all common use areas are being wiped down and disinfected at minimum every two hours (per government recommendations). Also, hand sanitizer, with at least 60% alcohol base, has been provided in our facilities for all employees and passengers.
  • Service Etiquette: We have asked our pilots and customer service staff to avoid hand contact with guests.

You have our assurance that your health and safety are at the forefront of everything we do. We recognize the fluidity of this situation and understand travel plans might be interrupted. You and your guests are protected by our 24-hour cancellation policy.
