FAA requires each passenger to present a government issued photo identification card in order to board an aircraft, such as a driver's license or passport.

Changes & Cancellations

All tours booked through this website are, unless otherwise noted, are sold as full retail fare. These fares, in general, are cancellable, changeable, and transferable up to 48 hours prior to the start of your tour. If a tour includes any type of hotel or overnight component then the cut-off for any changes becomes 72 hours. If you decide to cancel your tour, a credit voucher will be issued valid up to one year from the original purchase date. Other special rates and fares may have other rules & restrictions.

Terms & Conditions

A fuel surcharge of $5 to $10 per passenger and is included in your tour price. Maximum weight limit per passenger is 299 lbs, passengers in excess will be required to pay an additional fees.

Grand Canyon Helicopters is acting as an agent for suppliers of various travel goods and services including but not limited to ground transportation, hotel accommodations, airplane flights, meals, tours, cruises. Grand Canyon Helicopters works with these suppliers in selling travel related services and/or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that may not be directly supplied, managed, or otherwise provided by Grand Canyon Helicopters. Grand Canyon Helicopters attempts to represent only suppliers that have shown an acceptable level of stability, dependability, and responsiveness to problems and complaints; nevertheless, Grand Canyon Helicopters cannot and does not control the actions or inactions of the suppliers it represents.

Therefore, Grand Canyon Helicopters shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws including but not limited to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers resulting in any loss, property damage, delay, inconvenience, or personal injury to travelers, travelers' companions, or group members, including but not limited to any losses resulting from changes in suppliers' rates, losses in connection with bookings, reservations, connections, or scheduling problems, or losses arising out of the handling or loss of baggage or other personal effects. Grand Canyon Helicopters shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or deficiencies, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside Grand Canyon Helicopters control. Grand Canyon Helicopters is not responsible for changes in currency valuation.

Papillon Airways, Inc., d/b/a Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters, also d/b/a Grand Canyon Helicopters, will operate any helicopter flight(s) you have booked. Grand Canyon Airlines, Inc., d/b/a Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines, will operate any airplane flight(s) you have booked. Papillon and Grand Canyon are FAA-certified air carriers and each has operated continuously for more than 50 years.

Federal law prohibits hazardous materials from being transported on aircraft including checked and carry-on baggage. Items such as explosives, ammunition, compressed gases, aerosols, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers organic peroxides, toxic and infectious materials, radioactive materials, corrosives, poisons, wet and lithium batteries, e-cigarettes, dry-ice and many other articles are considered hazardous.

Personal items such as deodorant, hairspray, nail polish, perfume and certain medicines although considered hazardous are permitted in baggage in limited quantities. Some items such as spare lithium batteries and e-cigarettes are allowed as carry-on but are forbidden in checked baggage. Assumption Of Risk

By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks associated with such travel, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Grand Canyon Helicopters and the suppliers of ground transportation, hotel accommodations, airplane flights, meals, tours, cruises, and various other goods and services reserve the right to change the accommodations, flights, and any and all details of the tour itinerary as needed. The travelers' booking of reservations or utilization of tickets after receipt of this information will constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to provide copies hereof to his/her companions or group members together with an explanation that if they embark, they do so subject to these Terms & Conditions.


We provide child prices on most tours. Those prices apply to children ages 2-11 years old.
